No cleaning company can guarantee a landlord's deduction decision. What we can guarantee is a thorough clean to a published standard, plus a video walkthrough (and a dated report, if you add one) you can use as evidence if a dispute comes up.
Not during the cleaning — many clients coordinate key handover with us directly. We recommend being there for the final walkthrough when we hand the unit back; if you can't, we'll send you the video walkthrough.
